She received her massage education and advanced training through the Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in Cornelius, NC. Hope is also an NCBTMB Approved Provider of Continuing Education to Massage Therapists nationwide. She is certified in Neromuscular Therapy and is proficient in Structural Bodywork treating pain and postural distortions. She also has training and experience in Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage and more. Hope is a dedicated and caring professional who believes that Massage Therapy is healing to the mind, body and spirit. Lauren is a graduate of the Western North Carolina School of Massage. She was drawn to the world of massage therapy after an injury sidelined her, she ran out of physical therapy benefits, and her massage therapist friend helped her get back on her feet. It was this experience that made Lauren realize massage was so much more than flute music and rubbing oil on people! Lauren combines clinical Neuromuscular Therapy massage techniques with stretching and exercises in her practice. She specializes in pain management, injury rehabilitation and increasing mobility. Lauren also teaches Anatomy & Physiology and Musculoskeletal Anatomy at WNCSOM, and holds certifications in personal training, group fitness, and yoga. LMBT NC#18253
Sarah Gregory LMBT | Licensed Massage Therapist
Sarah is a graduate of the Western North Carolina School of Massage. She is certified in neuromuscular therapy. Before practicing massage, she worked as an organic farmer, which still has a strong influence on her life choices. Sarah knows the physical, mental, and emotional burnout that can happen when you don’t care for the body (and mind) in a balanced way. She continues to enjoy learning about the science of the body and relieving pain and is fascinated by the mind-body connection and the role massage can play in that relationship. Sarah enjoys hiking, conscious movement and dance, backpacking, cooking, and reading in her free time. NC LMBT license number 19012.
Darla Schuerger LMBT | Licensed Massage Therapist
Darla is a Licensed Massage therapists and a graduate of the Western North Carolina School of Massage. Darla combines clinical Neuromuscular Therapy massage techniques with the relaxation of traditional Swedish along with the therapeutic benefits of stretching in her practice. Spencer Lewis is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist, NC license #18073. Spencer has a driving passion to connect with others through holistic medicine and has an ambition to be a part of an individual's healing process to their desired health of the mind, body, and spirit. He received his diploma in Massage Therapy from Western North Carolina School of Massage in the winter of 2019 along with his certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki Level I & II. Spencer enjoys spending free time in nature, with friends and family, or appreciating art and entertainment.

Paul Hodsdon is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, license #17005 and also an NCSF certified personal trainer, certification # 2716872. Paul is a graduate of the Western North Carolina School of Massage and previously worked as a licensed chiropractic assistant in the state of Maine. He is also certified in clinical neuromuscular therapy. Paul developed passion for helping people realize their optimal health. Through a combination of massage therapy and personal training he offers a fully customized program for his clients. Combined with his years as a chiropractic assistant, Paul has the tools and knowledge to help people live a pain free and active life. Paul has always led an active outdoor lifestyle with a passion for mountain and road biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. He believes strongly that age is a state of mind and that staying active is vital to a long, healthy life.
